Direct Contact with the Seller

As Karaport Makina, we started our operations in late 2008 by providing intermediary services between sellers and customers. Over the past 10 years, we have gradually transformed our system and moved to a portal website model where all kinds of second-hand machine listings can be published with direct contact information and easier communication opportunities. This transformation was entirely shaped by the requests and expectations of our users. We have continued to improve this system day by day.

This system has evolved into a transparent structure where everyone can communicate quickly with each other, exchange messages, view phone numbers, and even access locations through map features.

For every listing detail viewed on PC and tablet devices, the owner’s contact information is displayed on the right side of the page, while on mobile devices it appears below the listing details, allowing fast communication and direct access to accurate information. Within store pages, we aim to help users gain detailed information about the seller by providing location, company profile, address, phone information, and even sales representative details.

For our members who prefer not to publish their phone numbers in their listings, we have activated the messaging feature to provide an alternative method of written communication. This feature can be used through the messaging button located on the right side of listing details on computers and at the bottom of the page on mobile devices.

In addition to all these features, another new convenience offered by Karaport Makina is the "Request an Offer" option located next to the listings. With this feature, users can request detailed technical information, photos, price details, or sales conditions about a machine they are interested in directly from the seller via e-mail, without the need to become a member.
