TURNING CENTERS : CNC turning centers are machines that integrate a high-torque spindle, typically found in CNC machining centers, into the body of a horizontal CNC lathe, allowing milling operations alongside turning. CNC turning centers can also be defined as multi-axis versions of CNC lathes. Their usage is expanding day by day. Typically, inside the CNC lathe structure, a secondary spindle is positioned perpendicular to the horizontal main spindle, just like those found in vertical machining centers. Some models are equipped only with a milling head, while others include a turret system. In normal C-axis lathes, the C-axis movement is provided by rotary live tooling, while the Y-axis movement is achieved by the turret’s motion on a secondary guideway on the machine body. The rotation degree of the axis where the milling spindle is located is called the A-axis, and the swiveling angle of this spindle to the left and right is defined as the B-axis. This allows for the angled machining of the workpiece’s top surface. The tools on the turret and the tools in the magazine used for the spindle are automatically changed by the CNC control units. The widely known "Capto" interchangeable modular tooling system was specifically developed for these types of turning centers. With this modular tooling system, operations such as turning, milling, drilling, and boring can be performed within a single program without the need for tool changes. By preventing the transfer of a workpiece from a lathe to another machine for milling, time is saved. The processing time is shorter. Since the part's reference points and zero settings remain undisturbed, dimensional inaccuracies and deviations are prevented. These machines are highly preferred for processing workpieces that require multi-operational machining. In our country, the most commonly used used Japanese CNC turning centers for sale include the Mazak Integrex series and Mori Seiki NT and MT series, and the DMG CTX Beta series from the German manufacturer Deckel Maho, which feature this specialized turning-milling technology.

The CNC turning centers category includes listings for for sale new and second-hand CNC turning centers, along with prices for 2nd hand and brand-new CNC machines. These machine listings are provided by direct owners or machinery dealers.
